SPURR Requests Qualifications and Proposals for Retail Noncore Natural Gas Energy Service

SPURR, a CA joint powers authority of >300 member public school districts, community college districts, and county offices of education, requests qualifications and proposals from Retail Natural Gas Energy Service Providers to be made available to member and non-member public agencies and non-profit entities through a master contract.
