SPURR Requests Qualifications and Proposals for Retail Natural Gas Energy Service

SPURR, a CA joint powers authority of >300 member public school districts, community college districts, and county offices of education, requests qualifications and proposals from Retail Natural Gas Energy Service Providers (G-ESPs) to be made available to member and non-member public agencies and non-profit entities through a master contract. Proposals sought for retail supply to core, noncore, or both types of natural gas accounts on PG&E distribution system.
