SPURR Receives Accolades from North Orange County CCD on REAP Program

SPURR is pleased to share another success story from our REAP (Renewable Energy Aggregated Procurement) Program. SPURR, working in partnership with North Orange County Community College District (NOCCCD), conducted a competitive statewide RFP for solar and energy storage and selected a vendor that “exceeded” NOCCCD’s expectations.

SPURR’s REAP program is an aggregated solar and energy storage procurement program that leverages the collective purchasing power of SPURR’s large public agency membership to secure competitive, transparent, pre-negotiated pricing and terms for any California public agency that wants to implement a solar and/or energy storage project. Through the REAP Program, SPURR is proud to help public agencies streamline their solar and energy storage procurement process and secure competitive bid pricing and favorable terms and conditions for their unique projects.

SPURR’s team evaluated the specific needs and objectives of NOCCCD to create a comprehensive and detailed RFP. This RFP allowed NOCCCD to attract many suitable vendors, of which they chose one specific vendor that offered excellent solar and energy storage pricing and terms to meet the District’s key project objectives.

We look forward to working with the selected vendor and to continuing to assist NOCCCD through this process. Read NOCCCD’s testimonial letter below for more information about the project.
