SPURR is pleased to announce a new vendor in our Renewable Energy Aggregated Procurement (REAP) Program: DSD Renewables. SPURR awarded DSD Renewables, a leading solar and energy storage provider, based on its outstanding proposal submitted in response to our recent Request For Proposals (RFP) for the REAP Program.
The REAP Program is an aggregated solar and energy storage procurement program that leverages the collective purchasing power of SPURR’s large public agency membership to secure competitive, transparent, pre-negotiated pricing and terms for any California public agency and non-profit that wants to implement a solar or energy storage project. To date, the REAP Program has been trusted by over 75 public agencies to contract for solar and energy storage at hundreds of sites across California.
Through the REAP Program, public agencies (eligible entities include school districts, community college districts, cities, counties, water districts, state agencies, and non-profits) can access competitively sourced pricing secured through a statewide RFP process, take advantage of favorable contract terms and conditions negotiated by SPURR’s expert staff, and streamline their own solar and energy storage buying process by taking advantage of a proven cooperative procurement vehicle. Please note that minimum project sizes are required.
We are proud to make this award to DSD Renewables in our REAP Program, and we look forward to working with them to deliver solar and energy storage solutions to California public agencies.
