SPURR Announces RFP for Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS)

The School Project for Utility Rate Reduction announces a Request for Proposals seeking qualified vendors to submit responsive proposals for Unified Communications as a Service, aka UCaaS.
 
SPURR is a California joint powers authority of >330 member public school districts, community college districts, and county offices of education. This RFP is part of SPURR’s Telecommunications & Networking Program.
 
Pricing, terms, and conditions of any award pursuant to this RFP will be made available to Eligible Entities, including SPURR members and other public or non-profit agencies who may choose for themselves to purchase using an award made pursuant to T&N Program RFPs, thereby becoming Participants in the program. In this program, winning Vendors have secured over $190 million in contracted sales authorizations, from >170 Participants, since 2010.

  • Vendor Questions Due Date: July 30, 2024
  • Vendor Responses Due Date: August 27, 2024
